Catering in first half of 2016
EconomyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In first half of this year, a survey on catering industry involved 794 entities.
Total revenue of these entities reached MNT 108.2 billion in first half of 2016, increasing by MNT 8.2 billion or 8.2% against the previous year. Revenues of restaurants went up by MNT 5.2 billion or 9.6% and cafes--by MNT 3.1 billion or 32.7% against the previous year.
In the period, average income of per seat in the catering industry reached MNT 2.1 million which increased by MNT 71.4 thousand or 3.5% against the previous year.
