First debates of “Invest Mongolia” conference begins

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ CEO of the “Frontier Securities” LLC Masa Igata made opening remarks at the “Invest Mongolia-2016” international conference which started on Monday at the Shangri-La hotel, Ulaanbaatar.

His remarks was followed by a report entitled “Market of raw materials in Mongolia and further tendency” delivered by John Johnson, representative of the CRU Group. In his report, he underlined a boost of the construction industry in China has triggered the reviving of the raw materials’ market, but there is still oversupply of raw materials and the economic situation is in an unclear condition.

Through a report themed “Importance of ASEM investors”, L.Bold MP emphasized that the political relations of ASEM members is about to transfer into the economic beneficial cooperation.

At the first debates themed “Present situation of economy and the governmental program for next four years”, reports will be given by B.Enkhbayar, advisor to the Prime Minister; Ch.Khashchuluun, a professor of the National University of Mongolia (NUM); and A.Undraa MP.

Being held on the 10th year, the “Invest Mongolia” international annual conference has brought together about 1,100 people including 200 foreign investors.
