Mongolia-Spain hold inter-ministerial consultative meeting

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. A consultative meeting was held today between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and the Kingdom of Spain. Representing the Spanish Foreign Ministry, Director of Director General for North America, Eastern Europe, Asia and Pacific Javier Salido participated in the meeting and held official talks.
During the meeting, a presentation was made on the current social and economic situation of the two countries and the implementation of development goals. The sides also exchanged views on the expansion and acceleration of bilateral relations between Mongolia and Spain, as well as broad issues of regional and international relations.
While emphasizing the 45th
anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and
Spain, the sides agreed to seek opportunities to enrich trade and economic relations
between the two countries and to strengthen cooperation in the fields of
agriculture, environment, and transportation.
