President departs to participate in UN General Assembly Session

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. President of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh
today departed for New York to attend the 77th Session of the UN General
Assembly on September 20-26, 2022.
The 77th session of the General Assembly will be held under
the theme 'A watershed moment: transformative solutions to interlocking
challenges' and will be attended in person by more than 100 Heads of State.
The Mongolian President will address the General Debate with
a statement on Mongolia’s position on pressing issues of international
relations, as well as hold bilateral meetings with the UN Secretary-General
Antonio Guterres and Heads of State on the margins of the session.
The Government representatives headed by the Minister for
Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg will participate in the main activities of the session.
