Denjiin Myanga and Dambadarjaa ger areas to be developed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On November 29, the Cabinet discussed and approved a loan agreement for the Second Phase of Ulaanbaatar Urban Services and Ger Areas Development Investment Program to be co-implemented by the Government of Mongolia and Asian Development Bank (ADB).
After signing the agreement, Mongolia will obtain a soft loan from the ADB, which will be spent on development of Denjiin Myanga and Dambadarjaa sub-centers.
The Denjiin Myanga sub-center covers the 11th, 12th and 13th Khoroos of Chingeltei district whereas the Dambadarjaa 16th and 17th Khoroos of Sukhbaatar district.
It has been planned that paved road with lighting, wastewater system, bridge, thermal sub-station, flood control channel, park, kindergarten for 100 kids and sport complex will be built at the sub-centers.
Within the first phase of the investment program, works such as building of heating, electric power and water supply systems, renovation of road, increase of green space and construction of kindergarten, vocational training center and business incubators were done in Bayankhoshuu and Selbe sub-centers.
