N.Tugstsogt to fight Gary Russell Jr.

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. IBO world featherweight champion, silver medalist of the London 2012 Summer Olympic Games and 2009 World Amateur Boxing Championship State Honored boxer N.Tugstsogt will face American boxer Gary Russell Jr.
WBC featherweight champion Gary Russell Jr. was ordered to make his mandatory defense against No.1 ranked mandatory challenger Tugstsogt Nyambayar ‘King Tug’ during the 57th annual congress of World Boxing Council (WBC) which was held in Cancun, Mexico and the documents were signed. The fight was originally scheduled to take place in May but Gary Russell Jr. cancelled the fight due to unknown reasons.
Gary Russell Jr. has a record of 30-1 of which he won 18 by knockout and he has successfully defended his title three times so far.
