Mongolian Embassy to Bangkok takes part in the exhibition for WWII Victory

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ Mongolia’s Embassy to the Kingdom of Thailand participated in the photo exhibition for 73rd anniversary of the Victory over Nazi Germany in World War II, organized on May 9 at UN Conference Center in Bangkok.
At the exhibition, organized under the initiative of Russian Embassy, Hongjoo Hahm, Deputy Executive Secretary of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and Pacific (ESCAP), Mongolia’s Ambassador to Thailand T.Tugsbilguun and ambassadors of Russia, China and Kazakhstan gave opening speeches.
In his speech, the Ambassador T.Tugsbilguun spoke about Mongolians’ contribution to Russians during the Great Patriotic War and Mongolian soldiers fighting shoulder to shoulder with Soviet Army against the fascism, ending the war together.
In the exhibition, Mongolian researcher R.Bayar shared from his own photo collections, displaying historical photos about Mongolian people contributing assistance to Russian people and Red Army during the Great Patriotic War.
