ASEM Office debriefed ambassadors on preparation progress
映像ASEM Office of Mongolia under Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organized a debriefing session for ambassadors of European Union and its member countries residing in Mongolia and China, on Wednesday. The session was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Over 30 delegates – ambassadors that solely or additionally cover Mongolia and designated diplomats – have attended the meeting. The presenter was Mr D. Gankhuyag, State Secretary of MFA and Head of ASEM Office in Mongolia, who debriefed the pre-summit preparation progress and answered the questions raised by the ambassadors
Progress of preparations included the security work on venues, renovation of Chinggis Khaan International Airport and ASEM’s 20th anniversary activities and the ASEM Office had shared Summit programme and documents for side events.
At the end of the meeting, Mr D. Gankhuyag had presented to European ambassadors the official invitation of ASEM11 Summit for state and government heads, on behalf of President of Mongolia Mr Ts. Elbegdorj.
