Uniting Youth Through Cultural Diplomacy
Society
Ulaanbaatar, August 21, 2025
/MONTSAME/. The Mongolian Culture and Information Center hosted
the “Day to Introduce Little Diplomats to Mongolian Culture” for the fourth
consecutive year.
This activity, as part of
cultural diplomacy, is uniquely designed to foster friendship in the hearts of
children and youth from Mongolia and the People’s Republic of China. The event
aims to deepen cultural exchange between young people in the two countries,
connect the next generation – the future leaders of both nations – with their
traditional cultural heritage, and strengthen mutual understanding and lasting
friendship.
The event showcased
Mongolian folk songs and dances, traditional festivals, and Mongolia’s stunning
natural landscapes. Participants were invited to perform songs, dances, and
recite poems. As a gesture of friendship between the two countries, the Embassy
of Mongolia in Beijing, People’s Republic of China, presented certificates to
the participants.
In 2025, the Mongolian
Culture and Information Center organized 25 activities to promote cultural
exchange among children and youth, making a valuable contribution to deepening
mutual understanding and trust between China and Mongolia.
The event was organized in collaboration with the Children and Youth Center of the Soong Ching Ling Foundation in China.
