Social insurance fund balance in statistics
EconomyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Revenue of the Social Insurance Fund amounted to MNT 240.7 billion, reflecting increase of MNT 50.7 billion or 26.7 percent, while expenditure of the fund reached MNT 264.9 billion, increasing by MNT 33.7 billion or 14.6 percent compared to the same period of 2015, by the end of February, 2016.
In the first two months of this year, totally MNT 23.7 billion granted to 176.4 thousand people for pensions, and welfare benefits from the Social Welfare Fund, the number of people received pensions and welfare allowances increased by 17.0 thousand people or 10.6 percent, and the amount of pensions and allowances increased by MNT 1.9 billion or 8.5 percent compared to same period of the previous year.
