Public-Private Partnership to Develop 40-Hectare Land

Ulaanbaatar, August 25, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Representatives of “Selbe City 20 Minute Corporation” met with non-bank financial institutions, housing developers, and real estate agencies to exchange views on mortgage financing, housing sales, and pricing.
Selbe City is planned to be built on a 158-hectare site spanning Chingeltei and Sukhbaatar districts. One of the key components of the project is to launch development in the “private sector zone” through a public-private partnership.
The private sector zone covers 40 hectares, or 27 parcels of land, where investments will be attracted to carry out construction in collaboration with private enterprises.
