Accommodation issues discussed by ASEM working group
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Contests are expected to run to improve designs, services and management of hotels that will shelter the ASEM Summit's participants.
All this was discussed Thursday at a regular meeting of a working group in charge of accommodation. P.Tsagaan, a head of the Parliamentary Office, and others decided that TV channels will be selected to broadcast serial programs on launching this October 19 specialized trainings for hotel staffers. The trainings must be led by well-recognized professionals. "they will give the trainees all the knowledge on diplomacy, diplomatic protocol and ceremonial events". In addition, the hotels were selected that will receive the media who will come to cover the ASEM Summit.
Some four thous.delegates are expected to take part in the ASEM Summit in Ulaanbaatar, over 40 hotels have been chosen to shelter them.
