Winds will get stronger in Altai Mountains on November 1 and in western region on November 2, reaching 18-20 m/sec, in most regions on November 3 and in the Gobi and steppes on November 4, reaching 12-14 m/sec and forming dust and snow storms.
The nighttime temperature in mountainous areas of Altai, Khangai, Khovsgol and Khentii will be -13-8 Celsius, and the daytime, 0+5.
In southern part of the Gobi, the nighttime temperature will be 0-5, and the daytime, +9+14.
In other regions, the nighttime temperature will be -9-4, and the daytime, +5+10.
It will get colder in western half of the territory on November 3 and in most regions on November 4.
