State Secretary meets Ambassador of Laos

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs D.Gankhuyag Wednesday received Mr Sialungon Seng-Uton, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to Mongolia.

Gankhuyag received from him a copy of his diplomatic credentials and hoped that the Mongolia-Laos friendly relations and cooperation will broaden. He expressed a confidence that the Prime Minister of Laos will participate in the ASEM Summit this July.

Noting that the 10th meeting of the intergovernmental commission ran successfully last year in Vientiane, the Ambassador emphasized that the two countries can boost the cooperation in agriculture, animal husbandry and land farming spheres.
