Promotion of Mongolia abroad to be intensified
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its meeting on Monday, the cabinet adopted an action plan for implementing the program on promoting Mongolia abroad, and charged the Foreign Minister to manage to implementation.
This program was adopted by a governmental resolution of 2016 with a key purpose to promote Mongolian history, cultural tradition and achievements in the socio-economic spheres of Mongolia.
The action plan for 2016-2020 reflects a broad range of activities including concerts, fine art exhibitions, book fairs, showing documentaries for promoting Mongolia abroad, founding Mongolian cultural centers in foreign countries, promoting Mongolia through the biggest media, developing cooperation in Mongol studies, participating in international tourism exhibitions. It also provides for organizing the “Mongolia Mining” international fair, the Mongolia-China and Mongolia-Russia Expo and operate a website for promoting Mongolia.
