MONTSAME to cooperate with City Administration
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On December 26, Director General of the MONTSAME National News Agency B.Ganchimeg and Ulaanbaatar City Mayor S.Batbold signed a memorandum on cooperation.
During the signing ceremony, MONTSAME Director General B.Ganchimeg presented the history of the agency and ambitious goals it has set.
Ulaanbaatar Mayor Batbold said he is pleased to visit MONTSAME news agency with its 95-year history and “living in the hearts” of the Mongolian people. He also detailed about his program for making Ulaanbaatar a happy city. According to him, the program of actions of the city mayor is to build healthy and safe environment for every resident of the city.
Within the framework of the cooperation memorandum, the MONTSAME agency assumed obligations to disseminate news and information about the events happening in Ulaanbaatar through its official website www.montsame.mn available in five languages, namely Mongolian, English, Russian, Chinese, and Japanese as well as its weekly newspapers as “The Mongol Messenger”, “The Novosty Mongolii”, “Mongoru Tsushin”, “Menggu Xiaoxibao”.
