The regular meeting of Cabinet was held on May 10, Wednesday.
- After discussing the results of the 17th meeting of Joint Committee between Mongolia and the European Union held on March 30-31 in Ulaanbaatar, the Cabinet obliged Foreign Minister Ts.Munkh-Orgil who is a Head of the Mongolia’s side of the Joint Committee to approve a follow-up action plan to be carried out by and control the implementation.
- The Cabinet allowed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to use assets worth over EUR 32 thousand from the Government reserve fund to issue diplomatic biometric passports with repayment condition. E-technology to save personal data will be used for the biometric password, which will be covered with plastic laminate with 7.5 GB storage capacity with antenna.
- The Cabinet decided to spend the excess revenue of ‘Fees and service charge from vehicles travelling through international and national auto roads and road facilities’ for financing the needed expenses for the extension and renovation of 2.5 km and 3.5 km roads in Tuv aimag.
