Ambassador of Israel presents letter of credence

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The new Ambassador of Israel to Mongolia Zvi Heifetz presented his diplomatic credentials to President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj on May 22. The latter received the ambassador for a bilateral meeting.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Mr Heifetz said, while noting that Mongolia-Israel relations and cooperation have been prospering for the past 26 years, he will be putting efforts in promoting the developing of this partnership in the future.

Expressing his gratitude, President Ts.Elbegdorj stated the two countries have been maintaining close cooperation in agriculture, defense and industry and said the cooperation can be expanded into other areas such as high-tech and investment. He wished the Ambassador to convey his greetings to the President and Prime Minister of Israel.
