Training for international handball coaches to be held in Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ International Olympic Committee (IOC), National Olympic Committee of Mongolia (NOC) and Mongolian Handball Federation will host a training for  international handball coaches on April 9-15 in Ulaanbaatar.

The training will be conducted by South Korean coach, President of East Asian Handball Federation Dr. Chung Hyung Kyun. Chung Hyung Kyun was an athlete of the national team of South Korea and won silver medal in the first Asian Handball Championship in 1977.

He trained women's national team of Korea who won silver in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, gold in the 1992 Barcelona Olympic, silver in the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics and won 1995 FIVB Women’s World Cup.

Dr. Chung Hyung Kyun has an experience in conducting coach trainings in several countries around the world and will visit Mongolia at the request of International Handball Federation and Mongolian handball coaches.
