Meeting held with CCP Department Head

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Prime Minister of Mongolia, Chairman of Mongolian People’s Party (MPP) L.Oyun-Erdene today met with Head of the International Liaison Department of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Song Tao and exchanged views on relations and cooperation between the two parties.
At the beginning of the meeting, Prime Minister L.Oyun-Erdene congratulated the Government and the people of China for successfully organizing the Beijing-2022 Winter Olympics despite the difficult situation of the pandemic.
He praised the events organized and measures taken on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the MPP and CCP in 2021, noting that the CCP’s 20th Party Congress which will be held later this year will be an important milestone in China's future development planning.
He also stressed that the MPP has made a political decision to implement the ‘New Revival Policy’ at its 30th Congress and declared itself to be an advanced political party that is corruption and bureaucracy-free. He stressed the importance of cooperating with the Chinese side and ensuring the active participation of investors in the implementation of major development and green development projects.
The PM voiced that he believes that it is the interests of both parties to expand bilateral relations and cooperation within the framework of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, and to provide political support in resolving pressing issues.
For his part, Head of Liaison Department of the CCP Song Tao thanked the PM for participating in the opening ceremony of the Beijing-2022 Winter Olympics.
He noted that relations and cooperation between the two parties have been actively developing over the past 100 years, and that the two parties have been developing and supporting each other since the beginning of the pandemic.
He expressed confidence
that in the next 100 years, relations and cooperation between the CCP and the
MPP will continue to grow and be continuously enriched with new content.
