“Suu” JSC Holds 2025 Shareholders' Meeting

Ulaanbaatar, April 24, 2025 /MONTSAME/. “Suu” JSC, one of the first dairy factories in Mongolia, held its annual shareholders meeting on April 22, 2025. Established in 1958, "Suu" became a joint-stock company in 2006, stepping onto the next stage of development.
CEO of “SUU” JSC B. Gantulga remarked, "Under the 'Suu 2.0' Project, the factory will be expanded by 7,200 square meters. In this added area, we will replace the oldest processing line in the factory, which was installed in 2009, with the latest dairy processing technology from GEA, a major German dairy equipment manufacturer. Before reaching the goal of exporting our dairy products abroad, we believe it is important to increase the daily consumption of milk among Mongolian people and provide them with our products."
Today, “Suu” JSC has around 13.000 shareholders, becoming one of the biggest national producers in the country. During the meeting, several topics were discussed, including 2025 business actions, financial reports, review by the Board of Directors, Amendments to the Rules, and dividend rate per share.
“Suu” JSC Shareholder B. Tserenjav remarked, “Stakeholders, especially minority shareholders like me, want to contribute to the economic development of the country. In my view, many people own shares in different joint-stock companies. ‘Suu’ JSC is one of the biggest companies that plays an important role. More specifically, ‘SUU’ JSC defends the shareholders’ interest and does a good job when it comes to dividend policy and company development.”
“Suu” JSC Shareholder B. Ganbayar noted, “I work in the agricultural sector. Therefore, I own shares of several agricultural companies. I have owned shares in the 'Suu' JSC for over 10 years and cooperated with them and partnered with them in many ways. ‘Suu’ JSC is the biggest dairy product producer in the country, with the expansion of the factory underway.”
The newly built office, kindergarten, and gym complex were designed to improve the working environment for the staff, elevating the human resource management and social responsibility to a new level. Moreover, the new products like “Fit” probiotic health drink, “Amtlag” frozen yogurt, and “Suuper” a packaged milk are well accepted and recognized in the market.
