BoM holds FX auction
Daily FinanceUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the Foreign Exchange Auction held Tuesday, the Bank of Mongolia (BoM) received bid offers of USD 69.4 million and bid offers of CNY 28.3 million in a rate between MNT 304.20-305.05. The BoM sold USD 35.48 million in a closing rate of MNT 2007.01 and CNY 8.0 million in a closing rate of MNT 305.05.
The BoM received MNT Swap agreement bid offers equivalent to USD 12.95 million and USD swap agreement ask offers of USD 40.0 million from local commercial banks and accepted the MNT swap agreement offers of USD 12.95 million.
