Bill on Information Safety submitted
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ch.Onorbayar, the human rights and legal policy adviser to the President, presented a bill on information safety to the Speaker Z.Enkhbold on February 5.
The law initiator said, if adopted, the law will establish the legal grounds for ensuring information safety, satisfying the related clauses of the National Security Concept, the Government Action Plan, and the recommendations from the National Security Council. It is also expected to clarify the involvement of companies, citizens in information safety, their rights and responsibilities.
