“Implementation, monitoring and responsibility” online meeting runs
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Reports about how the preparation is going for the 11th ASEM Summit in the UB city were given by related officials at the “Implementation, monitoring and responsibility” online meeting last Friday.
The FM L.Purevsuren noted that six sub-committees are working to ensure this preparation and said that State leaders and PMs of 20 countries have officially announced about their participation in the ASEM Summit that will run this July 15-16, some four thous. representatives and media delegates are to come, and ten forums will be held within the Summit.
A chief advisor to the PM B.Delgermaa spoke about noticeable works to be done for organizing this grand gathering. "Obligation have been given to all related bodies to realize over 200 types of the work; roles of businessmen, unions and the private sector will be ensured in the preparation," she said.
A deputy head of the Cabinet Secretariat for Government G.Ganbold reported about setting up the center of state services in the capital city and in all provinces and increasing a quantity and quality of the services.
Head of the Cabinet Secretariat for Government S.Bayartsogt talked about some special matters in connection with an approaching delivery of the 2012-2016 report on governmental works, and obliged officials to intensify a realization of the governmental action program and to focus on reporting about it.
