“Patriots and democracy” scientific conference runs
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Co-organized by the Mongolian People’s Party (MPP) and the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party (MPRP), this conference ran at the State House on Monday.
Chairman of the MPP J.Monkhbat made the opening remarks, D.Lundeejatnsan MP delivered a report themed “Independence of Mongolia, its guarantee under Constitution”, Minister of Defense Ts.Tsolmon MP--a report themed “Defense policy and patriotism”, Yo.Otgonbayar MP--“Chronology of independence in the modern history of Mongolia”, and D.Olziibaatar--“History of modern Mongolia”.
“Any political party could be competitive inside but must be united outside, like a selected team. By doing so, the political forces can bring the country’s reputation up to the regional and global levels,” said Tsolmon.
The conference was the first event that took place ahead of the Day of Patriots. A proposal has been accepted by the MPP from the MPRP to celebrate the Day of Patriots together.
