Model hospital to be built in Nalaikh district
SocietyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A model health center will be constructed in Ulaanbaatar city’s Nalaikh district under a concession.
The concession contract thereon was signed on Wednesday by E.Bat-Uul, the Mayor of Ulaanbaatar; and the “Bolscan Mongol” LLC of Spain.
In accordance with the deal, the concessionaire will construct a new hospital on an area of Nalaikh district’s health center with own capital, and will transfer it to the city’s ownership.
According to the feasibility, a budget for the new hospital including its feasibilities is estimated at MNT 43 billion and 567 million. The construction is expected to complete in 2018.
