Dornogobi aimag to continue cooperation with Japanese Shizuoka Prefecture

Dornogobi /MONTSAME/ A delegation led by Governor of Dornogobi aimag T.Enkhtuvshin visited Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan on February 19-22.
The Mongolian delegation met Governor of Shizuoka Prefecture Heita Kawakatsu, exchanging views on cooperation between Dornogobi aimag and Shizuoka Prefecture and its outcomes. Also, the sides extended the cooperation agreement and agreed to cooperate in many sectors.
In addition, a branch of the Mongolian University of Medical Sciences in Dornogobi aimag has established cooperation with the Shizuoka Prefectural University of Health and Welfare. Within the cooperation, Japanese doctors and teachers will conduct trainings and workshops in Dornogobi aimag.
Head of the Department of Education, Culture and Art of Dornogobi aimag Ch.Otgonbayar and Superintendent of the Board of Education of Shizuoka Prefecture Kinae Naohide signed on an agreement on cooperation in education sector, extending a high school student exchange program by one year.
