Surgeon J.Chinburen returns from France
映像Dr. Chinburen Jigjidsuren, the new honorary member of the French Academy of Surgery was welcomed warmly to the National Cancer Center (NCC) by its staff today.
The NCC Director-General has returned to the country from his journey to Paris where he was presented with the membership badge and certificate.
“It is a great achievement, personally and collectively for us at the NCC. Surgery is never a one-person job,” said the surgeon, giving credit to his colleagues. “I believe that this is an acknowledgment of the development of cancer surgery in Mongolia,” he added.
Dr. Chinburen has been working for 21 years at the NCC and was appointed the Director-General in 2016.
He holds membership of many professional associations including Member of Editors’ Board of Clinical and Molecular Hepatology Journal of Korean Association for the Study of the Liver, President of Mongolian Hepato Pancreato Biliary Society, Member of International Living Donor Liver Transplant Group, Member of International and Asia-Pacific Hepato Pancreato Biliary Surgery Association, and Member of Surgical Society of Mongolia.
