Eduten Learning Platform to Operate in an Offline Environment

Ulaanbaatar, April 16, 2025 /MONTSAME/ Mongolia is piloting the Eduten e-learning system developed by researchers at the University of Turku in Finland, introducing it for grades 3 and 4 during the 2023–2024 academic year and for grades 1 through 5 during the 2024–2025 academic year.
By upgrading this e-learning system, it will be possible to resolve challenges encountered during implementation, operate in offline environments, and allow teachers to learn from and apply international mathematics teaching methodologies.
As part of the e-learning system upgrade, Eduten’s Director of International Cooperation Makke Leppanen and programmer Teemu Rajala are visiting Mongolia to introduce the mobile application and teaching methodology guidelines for teachers. The Director of the General Department of Education of Mongolia T. Nyam-Ochir received Mr. Leppanen and Mr. Rajala for a meeting.
