Japanese ambassador pays tribute to a memorial to Japanese soldiers

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Today, August 15, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mongolia Kobayashi Hiroyuki and his spouse paid tribute to a memorial honoring Japanese soldiers, who died in Mongolia after WWII captivity.
The Mongolian Red Cross Society has been preserving and
protecting the memorial complex, located in Dambadarjaa area in Ulaanbaatar
city, under the agreement built with Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and
Welfare.
