UNFPA Mongolia holds meeting with Key Implementing Partners

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. On February 23, UNFPA Mongolia
has organized a Kick-off Meeting with Key Implementing Partners at Blue Sky
Hotel in Ulaanbaatar.
During the meeting, UN Mongolia Resident Coordinator Tapan
Mishra presented about the new UN Sustainable Development Cooperation
Framework, while UNFPA Representative in China and Country Director for UNFPA
Mongolia Ms. Justine Coulson delved into UNFPA Mongolia’s 7th Country
Programme, and UNFPA Asia and the Pacific Regional Office Programme Specialist
Pafoualee Leechuefoung presented on UNFPA’s new Strategic Plan 2022-2025.
The meeting saw the participation of representatives of
organizations that work with UNFPA Mongolia, including Advisor to the
Parliamentary Standing Committee on Social Policy J. Chimgee, Vice Minister for
Justice and Home Affairs B. Solongoo, Vice Minister for Education and Science
G. Ganbayar, Chairman of the National Statistical Office B. Batdavaa, and
Director-General of Multilateral Cooperation Department of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs D. Gerelmaa.
