The MongolZ Climbs to the 9th Place in the HLTV World Ranking

Ulaanbaatar, November 14, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Just a few days ago, The MongolZ climbed to the 5th place in the Valve Global Ranking. On November 12, 2024, The MongolZ further ascended to the 9th place in the HLTV World Ranking.
This achievement marks a historic milestone as The MongolZ becomes the first Asian team to ever reach the top 10 of the HLTV ranking. Previously, no Asian team had managed to break into the top 10. Having risen two positions from its previous 11th place, it seems unlikely that any other Asian team will be able to close the gap with The MongolZ in the near future. In fact, even when combining the HLTV scores of all other Asian teams, they still fall short of The MongolZ's total.
Since there were no changes in the top 8 positions, it's clear that the shift in the 9th and 10th places is due to The MongolZ's rise. As for other Mongolian teams, ATOX dropped 33 positions to the 76th place. On the other hand, IHC Esports climbed 5 places to the 99th, and The Huns advanced 22 positions to the 147th.
It's worth noting that HLTV is one of the three largest websites for esports rankings.
