Events in Ulaanbaatar:
January 20: Party Groups of the State Great Khural of Mongolia will convene.
January 20: The “Collecting Public Suggestions on State Audit Topics” service will be launched.
January 20–22: The National Senior Freestyle Wrestling Championship named after the late State Honored Athlete D. Oyunbold will be held.
January 21–22: Meetings of the Standing Committees of the State Great Khural will take place.
January 22: The regular Cabinet meeting will be held at the State Palace.
January 23–24: A plenary session of the State Great Khural will convene.
January 25: The historical play “Khukh Turiin Bers” by B. Tsognemekh will be staged at the National Academic Drama Theatre.
January 25: The artists of the Mongolian State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet will present W. A. Mozart’s “The Magic Flute,” with two acts and 11 scenes.
Local Events:
January 25–26: The Junior Chess Championship will be held at the Sports Complex in Tsagaannuur soum of Selenge aimag.
January 25–26: The Youth Volleyball Championship will be held in Dundgobi aimag.
Events Abroad:
The “Mongol Language and Script” exhibition is ongoing in Taiwan, Seoul, the Republic of Korea, and Tokyo, Japan until February 25.
