Acting Minister of Agriculture visiting Belarus

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In scope of the 4th Mongolia-Belarus Intergovernmental Commission Meeting held in Minks, Mongolian Acting Minister of Foods, Agriculture and Light Industry P.Sergelen paid a working visit to Belarus on September 17-20.
On September 18, P.Sergelen exchanged views on a present state of the bilateral relations and cooperation when he met with L.K.Zayats, Belarusian Minister of Agriculture and Foods, and A.V.Dapkunas, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Mongolian Minister underlined importance of making actions of the Intergovernmental Commission more effective, and believes that this year’s meeting and its decisions could contribute to enhancing the bilateral relations and cooperation and ensuring preparation for a visit of the Belarusian President to Mongolia.
The Mongolian delegates got familiarized with activities of the Minsk Tractor Factory, factories of the Belaz, the Bellegprom and the Zdravushka. They expressed Mongolian willingness to set up business ties and to buy some products with favorable financial terms.
Authorities of the factories said it is possible to constantly supply products to Mongolia and the sides agreed to collaborate after formulating a mutually-beneficial financing scheme.
