Cooperation with Bavaria discussed

State Minister Melanie Huml thanked the Foreign Minister
for attending the Munich Security Conference during the difficult time of a
pandemic. Mentioning that over 120 Bavarian businesses partner with Mongolia,
the State Minister said there are opportunities for further expansion of
bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
Minister B.Battsetseg expressed gratitude that the Federal
Government has supported Mongolia’s democracy from the outset and that the Hanns
Seidel Foundation has been working in Mongolia since 1993.
During the meeting, the sides agreed to seek opportunities
to deepen cooperation in light industry, digital innovation, technology,
agriculture, environment and tourism, support partnerships between businesses,
and hold business forums.
