Media representatives of Mongolia and China discuss cooperation

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ All-China Journalist Association’s five delegates led by the Secretary-General Pan Gang is paying an official visit to Mongolia.
The meeting between Confederation of Mongolian Journalists (CMJ) and ACJA took place at Puma Imperial Hotel on August 7.
During the meeting, the journalists of two countries exchanged views on further cooperation.
S.Altantsetseg, Secretary-General of CMF, said “Concept of Mongolian Foreign Policy states to keep friendly relations with the two neighbors. Addressing this article in the foreign relation section of our union’s regulation, we’re actively cooperating with ACJA and Russian Union of Journalists. Last year, the first media forum was held between Mongolia and Russia. And our cooperation with ACJA is further intensifying. Becoming the bridge between the public and Government, Journalists are obliged to be the voice of their country in the world and promote their cultural heritage. Therefore, CMJ aims to cooperate with our two neighbors and other countries as well. Our union is an active member to the International Federation of Journalists. In the upcoming year, our union’s five journalists will be visiting China at the invitation of ACJA. As seen from the eyes of a journalist, we are opening opportunities of mutually sharing the realization of development, history, culture and tradition of our respective countries”.
“Our two countries are cooperating in the media sector. We will succeed in further broadening cooperation and working closely” said Pan Gang, the Secretary-General of ACJA.
Within the frames of visit, Chinese journalists will be visiting news editorials to experience the level of media in Mongolia.
From Mongolia’s side, President of Confederation of Mongolian Journalists B.Galaarid, CEO of Mongolian National Broadcaster B.Bayarsaikhan, Advisor of CMJ B.Narantuya, Manager B.Munkhbayar and Editor-in-Chief of Voice of Mongolia Z.Densmaa have attended the meeting.
