Mongolian disabled teens show achievement in IT competition

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The seventh annual Global IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities took place in Hanoi, Vietnam on September 19-21.

One of the largest technological companies in the world, LG is actively supporting youths with disabilities through this competition. With an aim to help the disabled realize that they can achieve anything regardless of physical limitations like physical abilities.

Mongolia was represented at the competition by A.Lkhamsuren, B.Otgon-Erdene, T.Tugsjargal and G.Tsolmon-Od. They grab a gold medal in a contest of E-Tool, a silver medal in the E-Life and a bronze medal in the art performance contest. In addition, the Mongolian team delivered a report entitled 'Best Practice Country', which was selected as the best one among six teams.

The competition has been organized since 2011 with objectives to ensure the equal usage of IT and communication knowledge and help the participants pursue to their careers.
