Erdenet Mining Corporation to use domestic welding electrodes

Orkhon /MONTSAME/ The ‘Welding shop’ at the Erdenet Science and Technology Park established last October, has intensified its operation and soon will supply steel electrodes to the Erdenet Mining Corporation LLC.
The Welding shop will supply 45 tons of electrode to the Erdenet Mining Corporation LLC in June. Erdenet Mining Corporation’s annual demand for steel electrodes is about 45 tons and it used to be fully imported.
Erdenet Science and Technology Park intends tol hold a meeting with the representatives of Oyu Tolgoi LLC and introduce its products.
In addition, director of the park D.Enkhbayar noted that ‘Business Development Center’ and ‘Regulation for startup development’ will be developed to support small and medium-sized enterprises and introduce innovative technologies.
