Priority directions of cooperation in agriculture discussed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On July 5, authorities of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry met representatives of international partner organizations and discussed possibilities for further cooperation in agriculture sector.

Relevant officials of the Ministry led by Minister B.Batzorig discussed priority directions of cooperation in 2019 with its international partner organizations

Present at the meeting were representatives of the Asian Development Bank, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the UN Development Program, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Mercy Corps, the World Vision, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, ADRA, Red Cross, Veterinarians without borders NGO, Embassies of the US, Canada, Russian Federation and Czech Republic in Mongolia.

During the meeting, Mongolian side introduced activities and organizational structure of Ulaanbaatar Veterinary Office and bill on pastureland.
