Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The faction of the Mongolian People’s Party Tuesday reported on its  regular meeting which ran Monday.

As it was said, the faction had emphasized that election ballot papers must be counted by not only by electronic machines but also by hands "so that the elections become fairer and more open". The faction had also considered as necessity to maintain a principle of the Constitution "to provide voters with a possibility for electing individuals rather than political parties" and "not to bring the General Election Commission down". The faction had decided that those MPs who change their political party membership after being elected as such must be held liable.
