Program of events dedicated to 24th anniversary of Constitution
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia is celebrating the 24th anniversary of adopting of the first democratic Constitution this January 13. Dedicated to the anniversary events will start this Saturday by the State Chess Championship at the State House.
The original copy of the Constitution will be exalted at the State History Museum on January 11.
On the anniversary day, a photographic exhibition will open to display photographs of every elected democratic parliament, since the Constitution’s adopting. After this, ceremonies will run such as giving some prominent ones an award named after the State Honored Lawyer B.Chimid, paying tribute to the Statue of Chingis Khaan, gathering of those who had taken part in the creation of the first democratic Constitution, and a wrestling competition at the National Wrestling Palace.
