‘Hunnu Air’ Receives New Aircraft

Ulaanbaatar, December 26, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Mongolian airline “Hunnu Air” has received a new E195-E2 aircraft directly from the manufacturer and brought it home for operational use.
The mid-sized, modern aircraft is designed to ensure a high level of passenger comfort and is environmentally friendly. It features low in-flight and ambient noise levels and, compared with similar aircraft types, reduces carbon dioxide emissions and fuel consumption by approximately 20 percent. Upon arrival, the new aircraft immediately operated a flight on the Ulaanbaatar-Phu Quoc route.
With this delivery, the airline now operates two brand-new E195-E2 aircraft. In addition, Hunnu Air launched its first-ever flight on the Ulaanbaatar-Manila route on December 25, 2025.
In 2025, “Hunnu Air” operated international flights on 39 routes across nine countries, including the Republic of Korea, the Republic of India (Delhi and Amritsar), the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Nha Trang, Da Nang, and Phu Quoc), the Republic of the Philippines (Manila), the People’s Republic of China (Beijing), and the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent).
