EconomyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Loans outstanding amounted to MNT 11.9 trillion by the end of October 2015. It shows MNT 25.3 billion or 0.2 percent decrease over the previous month, and MNT 920.3 billion or 7.2 percent--against the same period of 2014.
Principals in arrears reached MNT 860.8 billion at the end of October 2015, increasing MNT 32.1 billion or 3.9 percent against the end of September, and -- by MNT 410.2 billion or 91.0 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
Non-performing loans over the bank system reached MNT 855.5 billion, indicating an increase of MNT 18.6 billion or 2.2 percent against the previous month, and -- by MNT 249.2 billion or 41.1 percent compared to the same period of last year.
In the first 10 months of 2015, 28.1 million shares were traded in the stock market valued MNT 796.8 billion. Share trading went up MNT 657.8 billion or 5.7 times more and the number of shares decreased 13.6 million or 32.6 percent compared to the same period of 2014.
