Presidents of Mongolia and Poland Hold Official Talks

Warsaw, March 13, 2025 /MONTSAME/. At the invitation of President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa is paying a State Visit to the Republic of Poland on March 13-14, 2025.


On March 13, 2025, President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda held official talks.


During the official talks, the two Heads of State expressed mutual satisfaction with the active development of relations between Mongolia and the Republic of Poland in numerous socio-economic sectors, driven by the efforts of the two countries. The two Presidents agreed that elevating the traditionally friendly relations between Mongolia and the Republic of Poland to a "Comprehensive Partnership" during the State Visit marks a milestone, opening a new chapter in the history of bilateral relations between the two countries.


Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Republic of Poland in 1950, the two countries have shared a rich history of cooperation with tangible results in various social and economic sectors. Building on this historical experience, the two sides agreed to expand mutually beneficial cooperation by enhancing trade, investment and economic ties, as well as fostering cooperation in major development projects, transportation, education, science, geology, mining, culture, arts, and environment.


The two Heads of State discussed ways to resolve global challenges, such as climate change, desertification, soil degradation, and food security, contribute to the efforts of the international community and effectively cooperate by aligning the initiatives and objectives proposed by the two countries.
