Tugrug Debit Cards Issued by the Bank of Mongolia Now Accepted in Hong Kong

Ulaanbaatar, April 1, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Debit cards issued by the Bank of Mongolia with the "₮" logo can now be used for payments in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China in shops and service points.
The Bank of Mongolia introduced the "₮" card in 2012 and connected it to the internationally renowned Apple Pay service in 2024, enabling smartphone-based payments.
