Citizens now able to report obstruction that affects safety and monitor measures taken

In accordance with the instructions given by Governor of the Capital City and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar D.Sumiyabazar, the efforts are being intensified to ensure a healthy and safe living environment for the citizens, and issues that obstruct walking and driving are being addressed.
The citizens are now able to report fences, garages, containers,
etc., that obstruct walking and driving through the ‘Check my service’ mobile
application, 1800-1200 call center, or khoroo administration.
The ‘Check my service’ mobile application can be downloaded by
scanning the QR code below. A high-resolution picture and marked location are
required to submit a report. Moreover, a feature of monitoring the measures
taken to resolve the report you submitted is also available.
The Governor declared 2022 ‘the Year of Citizens’. Therefore,
citizens' effort is also an integral part to create a comfortable and safe
environment in the city.
