Uvs /MONTSAME/ One of the highlights of Uvs aimag Local Museum is jade bowl.
The bowl with Chinese design is made of green jade and its brim is very thin. Two rows of Mongolian hammer pattern were engraved on the outer part of the brim and around its bottom. With height of 5.4 cm, the bowl weighs 355 gr and diameter of its brim is 12.6 cm.
In 1988, employee of the Museum L.Battsend obtained the bowl from B.Sumiya, citizen of Ulaangom soum to add to the museum’s treasury fund. Owner of the bowl is indefinite.
