First blended-training being organized at MNCCI
EconomyUlaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Qualified in-company instructor
trainers are crucial factor for quality internship for TVET students. GIZ’s ‘Cooperative
Technical and Vocational Education and Training’ project supported ‘In-company
instructor training’ development and supports the adaptation of training into
“blended learning”. For engineer and technicians from industry, it is important
to be able to learn through blended learning in flexible time manner. The
blended learning was developed in cooperation with companies and TVET
institutions. The first blended- training is being organized at the MNCCI.
The purpose of this training is to train industrial workers/engineer and technicians to improve their didactical and pedagogical skills to train interns and to create qualified employees who will meet long-term demand in the future.
This training will last for 6 weeks online and participants from major national companies such as: ‘Teso’ LLC, ‘Icemark’ LLC, ‘Jur Ur’ LLC, ‘Vitafit Milk’ LLC, ‘APU’ LLC, ‘Nijuna’ LLC and ‘Max Impex’ LLC are attending the training. In the future, the training will be organized by the MNCCI and MONEF.
Commissioned by the BMZ, the cTVET project is funded by the Governments of Germany, Australia, Korea and being implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in close partnership with Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
