NUM starts delivering diplomas by registered mail

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. As part of measures to prevent COVID-19 pandemic, classroom courses of universities have been transferred to electronic form, making this academic year’s graduates the first ‘electronic graduates’.


In accordance with the measures taken by the Government of Mongolia, the State Emergency Commission and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sports, the National University of Mongolia (NUM) has started to deliver diplomas and badges to graduates by registered mail without organizing the graduation ceremony of the 75th academic year.


In the spring semester of 2020, 1,821 bachelor’s, 270 master's, 10 doctoral, and a total of 2,101 students graduated from the NUM, of which 32 graduates are foreigners.
