Mongolia-South Korea Joint Tourism Forum to be Held in September

Ulaanbaatar, April 7, 2023 /MONTSAME/. During the 2024 Winter Olympics in South Korea, this country will participate in the promotion of Mongolia's history and culture, and organize the "Welcome to Mongolia" event. This was agreed upon at a meeting of Minister of Environment and Tourism B. Bat-Erdene with the representatives of the tourism organizations of the Republic of Korea during the "KOPIST-2023" High-Level Conference held in South Korea.
The parties also agreed to hold a joint international
tourism forum between Mongolia and the Republic of Korea in the coming September
in Ulaanbaatar. In addition, they will focus on restoring flexible entry and
exit conditions during transit flights that existed before the pandemic.
